// description

Community platform for pioneer projects built by people inside banks, insurers, bigtechs and government. A two-sided marketplace: builders list working prototypes and document their progress. Industry insiders post demand signals and upvote projects they believe their institution should adopt. Inspired by Andy Grove's thesis that middle managers see strategic inflection points first — but the decision-making structure is the last to know.

// team

Roman B. (founder, Zürich) · Alexandr K. (fullstack dev, Dubai) · Rosa S. (biz dev, Korea/Switzerland). Looking for contributors with experience in Next.js, Supabase, or community building in Swiss financial services.

// how it was created

Started as a single Claude prompt on March 26, 2026: generate a page to attract people in financial services to submit projects outside management's comfort zone. Went through 12 iterations in one day — from rebel manifesto to avant-garde pioneer framing, from light theme to hacker aesthetic. Built the spec, the legal FAQ, the signals page, the project detail template. The entire prototype is static HTML — pixel-reference for the real app (Next.js + Supabase) that Alexandr will build.
